Mistresses of Hell Game Overview
Mistresses of Hell is a femdom roguelike RPG and the sequel to Mistresses of the Forest. You play as a powerful paladin who also happens to be a half-angel. After the world is invaded by succubus your mission is to fight against the forces of Hells and restore the unchallenged authority of the god Penhow.
You’ll fight against demonic creatures to receive the blessings of three archangels and create a unique build from the resources available to you. Once you make enough progress you’ll fight a boss.
These powerful succubi will be your real challenge. If you want to overcome them you’ll have to learn their strengths and weaknesses and adapt your choices accordingly. Or you will fail and become their plaything, slowly falling into the grip of these dominant demonesses. With the daughters of Lilith, submission has its own rewards.
What’s new in Mistresses of Hell?
- This update is almost entirely a quality-of-life change.
- Fixed the bug that caused the player’s name to revert back to the one in the database. If you want to change your name because you were affected or for any reason, you can do it with the book on the table in the library.
- There was a bug reported in Syllene’s fight which her picture persisted. I couldn’t replicate it but tried to fix what might be causing it.
- Now, when you pick a blessing you will be able to see its stats or effects and change your choice. If you wish to revert to the previous faster process you can toggle it from the book on the table in the library.
- The amount of mobs you have to kill to progress in a map is reduced to 3(from 5). However, there will still be 5 mobs in the maps if one wishes to get more XP and gold.
- The XP and gold from killing bats have been increased. But killing 3 bats still grants you less XP than the previous version’s 5. On the other hand, killing 5 bats in this version grants you more XP and hold when compared to killing 5 in the previous version.
- Updated the description of legendary equipment to explain their effects instead of flavor text. Instead, you receive flavor text randomly when you die. Also updated some other descriptions to be more clear.
Developer Notes:
I’ll give some useful information on the game then ramble on a bit about development and other things so skip after the legendary effects list if you are not interested in that. You’ll see when you play the game I’m now doing stuff other than feet as well. My first game Mistresses of the Forest was very much a game focused on foot fetish. This was of course on purpose because I really wanted to create pure foot fetish game.
I’ve always been tired of feet being only a “side dish”. “No!” said the harem developer. It shall only be a quick footjob scene. “No!” said the vanilla developer. Just make do with some barefoot renders. But I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose Mistresses of the Forest.
No, but really, whatever I do will always be femdom and feet-focused. But even I know limiting yourself to one thing only makes the creative process so much harder. I said I’d have bigger variety in this game and I meant it. Some stuff will always be off limits though.
I doubt if you were into MotF you’ll find anything I do in MoH betrays the erotic spirit of that game. I’ve playtested the game as much as I could but I’m only one man and it’s a game with a lot of interactions so there’s no doubt there will be bugs here and there. If you are stuck there’s a poison in your inventory you can use to suicide which should get you out of most soft locks.
Almost all the legendary items have pretty cool effects I could neither find a time nor a place to explain in-game. I’ll implement them in the next release for sure. In the meantime I’ll just put them here :
